The right testicular vein ascends from the pampiniform plexus in the spermatic cord through the deep inguinal ring and courses along the testicular artery as a vena comitantes, which eventually becomes a single vein that enters the anterior aspect of the inferior vena cava just inferior to the level of the renal veins.
