The pedicles, transverse processes, and lamina have been removed from the left side of a section of lumbar vertebrae to reveal the vertebral canal. The spinal cord and associated meningeal tissues have been removed to clearly demonstrate the ligaments of the vertebral column. Using your mouse, select a joint or ligament related structure to learn more about it. Once the structure is selected you can go to the related images to see more views of the selected structure.
