Description:

The orbital laminae of the ethmoid bone are the thin lateral plates of the ethmoidal labyrinths. They are smooth, rectangular plates that form most of the medial wall of each orbit. Just medial to the plates are the middle and posterior air sinuses of the ethmoidal labyrinth.
