Insertion:
Base of proximal phalanges and extensor expansion of digits 1, 2, 4, and 5 on the middle finger side

Actions:
Adducts the fingers

Nerve supply:
Ulnar nerve

Blood supply:
Branches of the radial and ulnar arteries
