Description:

This is the conical erectile tissue extension from the corpus cavernosum in the body of the penis onto the ischiopubic ramus of the pelvic girdle. It attaches to the ramus and anchors the penis to the pelvic wall. The ischiocavernosus muscle surrounds the crus within the perineum.
